Pierwsze uruchomienie

Aby uzyskać gwarancję na nowo zakupione i zamontowane urządzenia, musi zostać wykonane przez autoryzowany serwis tzw. „Pierwsze uruchomienie”, które jest potwierdzeniem prawidłowego zamontowania urządzenia. Wymóg ten nie dotyczy montażu i używania term łazienkowych, dla których wystarczającym potwierdzeniem jest legalność ich zakupu oraz montaż przez osobę posiadającą tzw. uprawnienia gazowe.

Koszty pierwszego uruchomienia z reguły pokrywa producent urządzenia, użytkownik płaci jedynie koszty dojazdu serwisu. Zdażają się jednak wyjątki, gdzie opłata za pierwsze uruchomienie przerzucona zostaje na użytkownika - szczegółowe informacje na ten temat umieszczone są w karcie gwarancyjnej danego urządzenia.

 

Naprawy gwarancyjne

Naprawy gwarancyjnej można dokonaċ wyłącznie na podstawie prawidłowo wypełnionej karty gwarancyjnej. Brak prawidłowo wypełnionej karty skutkuje najczęściej odmową naprawy gwarancyjnej. W przypadku term gazowych serwis może odmówić naprawy gwarancyjnej np. jeśli urządzenie jest sprawne technicznie a nie działa w wyniku niedrożności instalacji wodnej lub też urządzenie nie zostało zamontowane zgodnie z wytycznymi producenta (brak filtra gazu, wody, itd.)

 

Przeglądy okresowe

Producenci urządzeń zalecają wykonywanie okresowych przeglądów urządzeń grzewczych raz do roku. Często warunkiem gwarancji jest wykonanie przeglądu po pierwszym roku użytkowania urządzenia których nieraz zależy także okres gwarancji. Przeglądy okresowe, także te przedłużające gwarancję, są płatne przez użytkownika urządzenia.
